The first time you call your PIN# will be the last four digits of your social security number. If you would like to change your PIN# simply:Â
- Dial into Tele-Bank
- Press 1 for information on your account
- Enter your account number followed by the # sign
- Enter your current PIN#
- Press 4 to change your PIN#
- Select your new PIN# -- four digits that you can easily remember
